This policy explains how Hidden Rajasthan delivers digital travel products, when refund requests may be considered, and how billing or access issues are handled for itinerary PDFs, ebook-style resources, and similar downloadable products.

Digital Delivery

Hidden Rajasthan products covered by this page are digital goods. No physical shipping takes place. Orders are typically fulfilled by email, downloadable link, access page, or a similar electronic delivery method.

Most completed purchases are delivered within minutes of successful payment, although delivery can sometimes take up to 24 hours because of payment review, email delays, file-processing issues, or temporary technical interruptions.

Please check your inbox, spam folder, promotions tab, and the email address used during checkout before reporting a missing delivery.

General Refund Position

Because our products are digital and can usually be accessed immediately after purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible.

We encourage customers to review product details, format, scope, and intended use before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product and the limited refund eligibility described here.

When a Refund May Be Considered

We may review and approve a refund, replacement, or corrected delivery in limited situations such as:

  • a duplicate payment or duplicate charge for the same product;
  • payment captured successfully but no product delivered within 24 hours;
  • a broken, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file caused by our side;
  • an incorrect product being delivered compared with the item purchased.

We may resolve eligible issues by re-sending the product, restoring access, or issuing a refund at our discretion depending on what is most appropriate for the case.

How to Request Support

If you believe your order qualifies for assistance, email us with your purchase details as soon as possible.

  • Include the order email address, payment date, product name, and issue description.
  • Attach screenshots or transaction references if the issue relates to billing or delivery failure.
  • Use the original purchase email where possible so we can verify the order faster.

We aim to review support requests within 2 business days. In some cases, verification with a payment processor may take longer.

Refund decisions may be declined where a product was properly delivered, accessed, or downloaded and no delivery or technical fault can be confirmed.
